• Chartered Insurance Institute

  Linac becomes a preferred supplier for the Chartered Insurance Institute and will deliver a core Train the Trainer programme to help the CII deliver consistent quality training in accordance with agreed standards and code of practice.

• Sol Melia return for Emotional Intelligence

  Following on from the impact of our ROI Workshops, Sol Melia invited Linac back to deliver an Emotional Intelligence course. This highly successful programme focused on the understanding of the EQ model and its core competencies, the importance of enlightened self awareness and more specifically, in the context of leadership effectiveness, managing and building relationships.

• Synergy Health plc

  Synergy Health plc have selected Linac as its training provider of choice to design & deliver a modular Supervisory Skills development programme, to include People Management, Business & Commercial Knowledge, Production & Operations Management and Customer Management & Care. The highly engaging and interactive ‘Supervisor Academy’ will commence in January 2010 with around 120 candidates attending throughout the year.

• Kuwait Petroleum Corporation

  Linac has been awarded two training programmes by KPC covering interpersonal and communication skills starting this Autumn and running through to 2010.

• 02 Telefonica Ireland Sales Training

  Following the success of the Team Leader programme for O2 Telefonica Ireland, Linac has been selected to deliver O2’s Sales Manager training programme this coming autumn.

• Sol Melia and Linac to work together on ROI initiative

  Linac is set to work with Sol Melia’s European HR team to build a generic ROI model and help the team to measure and quantify value through the various learning initiatives across the business.

• ASDA choose Linac for Train the Trainer programme

  Linac will deliver a Train the Trainer to ASDA’s central training team. Linac’s highly successful Train the Trainer programme will be tailored specifically for ASDA and will equip trainers with the latest accelerated training techniques.

• Linac, IGI and Globus join forces

  Through its partner IGI Ltd, Linac has signed an agreement to support the European auditing programme of Globus the global travel and tour operator.

• Somerfield Choose Linac

  Linac has been chosen as the preferred central training supplier to Somerfield. Work is already underway and has seen the design and delivery of a suite of high impact training events, coaching support to Retail Services and an operationally focused UK wide Train the Trainer programme for stores.

• Centre for Strategy & Leadership

  Linac and The Centre for Strategy & Leadership have agreed to collaborate in the fields of international research, strategic thinking, leadership, entrepreneurship, business innovation and change management.

• Staffordshire County Council Roll Out

  Following the successful pilot of a new look recruitment and selection and interviewing skills programme, Staffordshire County Council have decided to roll out the training.

• Valspar Industries Look to Linac

  Following a highly successful online culture and values survey Linac has been tasked with embedding and aligning behaviour to the new values and aspired culture through a series of ‘Living the Values’ workshops aimed at people mangers within the organisation. Additional strategic workshops with the senior team will are map out the immediate strategic objectives for the company over the next twelve months.

  Following the recent success of the team leader programme for O2 Telefonica Ireland a third programme has been agreed for the coming autumn.

  Linac has become Brandon Hire's preferred supplier to its customers for management and supervisory training. Linac will deliver an extensive suite of courses ranging from advanced sales training, coaching, performance management, negotiation skills and management effectiveness and many more.
