Working with you and your data, diagnostic activity may include some
or all of the following activities:

One size does not fit all! We work with you to design the right solution
that will achieve your goals and exceed your expectations.
Taking the analysis data and broader company information we design your tailored
solution. Design focuses on clear linkage to results, on taking action and on
providing delegates with a truly learner-led, practical, stretching and memorable
experience. This is a collaborative process and we involve and work with you
throughout this phase.
3.GETTING STUCK IN
We roll up our sleeves and get stuck in. We create stimulating and challenging
learning environments that increase individual capability and organisational productivity.
We will take your people on a stimulating and challenging journey, constantly increasing
individual productivity. We create the optimum learning experience and environment
and the focus is on workplace application. All learning is multi sensory and learner-led.
4. GETTING THE RETURN
Everything we do is about results - why else do it!
During the design phase clear outcomes are agreed in terms of behaviour and ROI objectives.
Participants and management help to measure the behavioural change and fiscal return.
Linac has a unique ROI model that it encourages all clients to apply to their programmes.
Linac believes that it is critically important to measure training beyond Kirkpatrick
Level 1 and actively helps clients to achieve this.
5. GETTING IT TO STICK
We work with you to make sure that what has been achieved is sustainable.
Participants are supported to build on their initial achievements and to
bed the changes back into the workplace so that results are permanent and sustainable.
To help achieve this Linac facilitators will be accessible to delegates and stakeholders
wherever and whenever possible. Additional support is available where appropriate in the
form of face to face and remote coaching.
6. GETTING ON WITH IT
When the job is done we leave.
