1.GETTING TO GRIPS

During the design phase clear outcomes are agreed in terms of behaviour and ROI objectives. Participants and management help to measure the behavioural change and fiscal return.

Linac has a unique ROI model that it encourages all clients to apply to their programmes. Linac believes that it is critically important to measure training beyond Kirkpatrick Level 1 and actively helps clients to achieve this.


5. GETTING IT TO STICK


We work with you to make sure that what has been achieved is sustainable.

Participants are supported to build on their initial achievements and to bed the changes back into the workplace so that results are permanent and sustainable.

To help achieve this Linac facilitators will be accessible to delegates and stakeholders wherever and whenever possible. Additional support is available where appropriate in the form of face to face and remote coaching.
