Train the Trainer - Essentials
For new and less experienced trainers we offer a 2 or 3-day foundation course that
focuses on the fundamental skill elements required to design and deliver effective
training.
The course focuses on one to one and group training, the engagement process, how
to adapt training, how to create and deliver stimulating training. The course encourages
the use of 'live' materials from your organisation and helps delegates to develop
confidence and their own natural training style.
Train the Trainer - Advanced
For trainers with a good level of experience we offer 2-day course geared to specific
experience and needs. Courses provide a natural progression from the Train the Trainer
Essentials course. The focus is on advanced multi sensory learning concepts, accelerated
learning techniques, strategies to achieve full learning potential and linkage to
ROI.
Training Team Master Class
This 1-day master class is geared for internal training teams. It enables your training
team to develop creative groundbreaking learning events that will raise profile
and add significant value. Your team will learn how to effectively build level 3
and 4 evaluation measures into programmes at the design stage, design development
activity that permanently shifts behaviour and locks learning in.

Depending on ROI experience and specific needs we offer a 1-day and a 2-day course
and a modular consultative model to help the training team measure a specific development
initiative.

and explore how to deliver and present a compelling ROI case.
Train the Assessor
The Train the Assessor 2 day course will help your team check and maintain the quality
of training within your organisation. Delegates explore the assessment cycle and
the hallmarks of effective assessment; learn how to structure an assessment plan
to ensure that they are fair, evidence based and robust. They will learn how to
give objective feedback following an assessment and put together coaching plans
based upon that feedback.
