As a graduate multimedia designer at Linac you will be a highly creative and technically capable person who will thrive in a busy environment. The ability to create media solutions that utilise latest multimedia technology is essential. A can-do attitude is key and you will love turning your hand to a range of simultaneous projects and assignments. Linac is seeking an individual who can bring a creative edge to the business.
Role Summary
As part of the on-going expansion of Linac technology business, Linac requires a skilled multimedia designer to work as part of a small dynamic team. You will be actively involved in creating multimedia design solutions for all aspects of Linac’s business from interactive systems, simulations and animations, 3D graphics, virtual environments, web site design and aesthetics, digital videos. You will possess solid programming and scripting skills using industry standards and software. You will also possess an understanding of the ethical, political, economic, cultural and creative debates surrounding new media technology.

Qualifications / Experience

BSc (Hons) Interactive Multimedia Design or BSc (Hons) Digital Media and Multimedia Technology Applications

First and foremost the main selection criteria is, sound technical ability and knowledge i.e. programming and scripting ability and natural creativity.

Project work examples will be required as part of the assessment process

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team are required
